JOB DESCRIPTION: Our client company looking for a consultant who has minimum of 7 years of experience.
If the ideal candidate(s) are allowed to telework, they must have a secure, dedicated workspace with Internet service, ability to maintain a reliable consistent work schedule, and be available for weekly meetings and group collaboration via Microsoft Teams and other applications during regular business hours. Position may require team members to come into the office; there may be unscheduled requests with seventy-two (72) hour notice for any Client's business need.

4-7 Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise-level application development using C#/.NET, Java Enterprise, or similar frameworks, specifically for building scalable web applications and services.
4-7 Proven experience designing and implementing secure web services (REST, SOAP) and managing electronic data exchanges (XML, JSON) between disparate internal and external systems.
4-7 Experience in developing, debugging, and modifying robust Unix/Linux shell scripts.
4-7 Proven ability to act as a Technical Lead, including planning project roadmaps, organizing cross-departmental technical coordination, and managing developer resources across different project phases.
4-7 Advanced knowledge of software architecture design patterns, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), and security best practices for protecting data-in-transit.
4-7 Experience establishing and leading technical standards, including performing code reviews, mentoring developers, and collaborating with QA teams on complex integration testing.
4-7 Technical skills such as programming in certain coding languages, platforms, domains and troubleshooting, web development and database management
4-7 Expert troubleshooting skills in complex web environments, with the ability to resolve integration challenges between state systems and external brokers.
4-7 Proficiency in creating high-level architectural artifacts, such as system diagrams, data flow models, and technical specifications to guide development.
