Duck Creek Architect

We are hiring a Duck Creek Architect to join our team remotely!
Key Responsibilities

• Define and own solution architecture for Duck Creek Policy and/or Billing implementations
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and architecture artifacts
• Establish platform standards, architectural patterns, and best practices for Duck Creek solutions
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout design and delivery
• Review solution designs, configurations, and customizations to ensure alignment with architectural standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate trade-offs, risks, and technical feasibility of proposed solutions
• Support integration architecture, data flows, and system interoperability across enterprise platforms
• Oversee solution quality, scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Participate in release planning, change management, and production support as needed

Qualifications Required

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with deep expertise in insurance technology platforms
• Proven experience serving as a Duck Creek Architect for Policy and/or Billing implementations
• Strong understanding of Duck Creek platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities
• Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions in complex, regulated environments
• Ability to lead technical decision-making and influence cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95.00 - $110.00/hr.
