Role Title: Identity Operations Engineer

Required Skills:

• IBM Security Verify Governance (ISVG) Expert/Mastery; IBM Security Access Manager / Verify Access (ISAM/ISVA) Expert/Mastery; AWS IAM Advanced; SAML/OIDC; SSO/Federation; AD/LDAP integration; provisioning/deprovisioning; IAM production support and troubleshooting. |

Responsibilities:

• Support and enhance IBM ISVG and ISAM/ISVA environments; manage identity lifecycle and JML processes; support provisioning/deprovisioning; implement and troubleshoot SSO/federation; integrate with AD, LDAP, and enterprise applications; troubleshoot production IAM issues; perform root-cause analysis; support compliance and maintain technical documentation.

Expected Deliverable(s):

• Stable and supported IAM services; configured IAM integrations; automated identity lifecycle workflows; timely incident resolution and root-cause analysis; IAM technical documentation/runbooks; security and compliance support.
