Job Description
We are seeking a Process Design Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Business Continuity and Operational Resiliency, governance, and internal controls and a proven ability to drive issue remediation, enhance control environments, and support process and tool improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Support execution of issue remediation activities, including development of evidence for issue and action step closure.
- Manage governance routines and controls to ensure risk and regulatory adherence for technology resiliency.
- Support design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment to ensure adherence to enterprise standards.
- Implement optimized controls and enhanced quality assurance practices for business continuity efforts.
- Perform QA activities, execute controls, manage cases, and report results.
- Support management and research for regulatory exams, internal audits, and monitoring and inspection reviews.
- Evaluate data for inspection metrics and support governance dashboard reporting.
- Serve as Process Delegate for Single Process Inventory and Process Owner Delegate for tool evolution, including requirements and testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Business Continuity and Operational Resiliency supporting business technology.
- Solid understanding of Single Process Inventory management, controls, risks, ratings, and remediation commentary.
- Experience with process ownership, requirements definition, and testing or validation.
- Knowledge of risk self-identification, issues management lifecycle, and GCOR policy and challenge remediation.
- Project management discipline with structured thinking and governance focus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to all levels of a global technology organization.
Preferred Skills:
- Controls, issue, and risk management experience.
- Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with strong written communication.
- Experience recording and organizing information and working within IT service management practices.
- Certifications or equivalent knowledge: IT Business Continuity, Agile, ITIL, Six Sigma, Lean IT, PMP.
