The end-user engagement and adoption (EUEA) knowledge management (KM) lead oversees development and maintenance of the EUEA information portal and associated SharePoint sites. The KM lead works closely with the EUEA department leads (e.g., change management, training, end-user engagement communications, and integrated analytics) on all KM projects.
