Oracle EPM Cloud Technical Lead / Planning SME Role Summary

Seeking a Senior Oracle EPM Cloud Technical SME with strong hands-on expertise in Planning/EPBCS, Essbase, FCCS, and metadata management. This role supports enterprise-scale Finance planning and reporting systems.

Must-Have Experience

• 10+ years Oracle EPM experience

• Strong experience in Oracle EPM Cloud

• Hands-on experience with one or more:

  • EPBCS / Planning

  • Essbase

  • FCCS

  • HFM

  • EDMCS / DRM / DRG

• Designing planning processes (not just building rules)

• Planning cycle design & business process alignment

• Calc scripts & business rules development

• Performance tuning & optimization of rules

• Data loads / Data Management

• Dimension builds & metadata management

• Automation scripting:

  • PowerShell

  • Batch

  • (Python is a plus)

• GL integrations & reconciliation controls

• Working directly with Finance / FP&A teams

• Production support + enhancements
