Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Business Analyst II in Seattle, WA.

Key Tasks:
* Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs
* Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies
* Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs
* Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
* Performs a variety of complicated tasks
* May lead and direct the work of others
* May report directly to a project lead or manager

REQUIREMENTS:
* May require a Bachelor's degree in a related area and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area
* Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts
* Skills in business process mapping
* Ability to turn and translate into layman terms to Engineers
* Good verbal communication/probing
* A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

Nice to haves:
* Knowledge of IT service management
* Familiar with Lucid chart
* Schedule flexibility - no graveyard/ past midnight

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
