What You'll Work On

You ll be the go-to recruiter for critical technology hiring, including:

• Software engineering and application development roles


• Data and analytics positions


• Cloud engineering and related platforms


• Cybersecurity and information security roles


• IT infrastructure and operations positions


• Digital platforms and technology product roles


• Priority, high-visibility tech vacancies across multiple teams


• Pipeline-building for recurring and hard-to-fill IT positions

This is hands-on, full-cycle IT recruiting for a global insurance technology organization.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partnering with hiring managers to clarify IT role requirements, timelines, and interview processes


• Running intake conversations and setting expectations on market, profiles, and process


• Sourcing and engaging qualified IT candidates through direct outreach, networks, and job boards


• Using advanced Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter to uncover and attract technical talent


• Screening candidates for technical fit and motivation before presenting shortlists


• Managing the full recruiting cycle from intake to offer support and acceptance


• Scheduling interviews and keeping candidates and stakeholders aligned throughout


• Building and maintaining active pipelines for high-priority tech roles


• Tracking activity and progress against agreed hiring targets and timelines


• Representing the client professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders


• Balancing multiple tech requisitions and hiring managers at once


• Owning delivery on a defined, short-term contract engagement

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience recruiting for IT / technology roles (software, data, cloud, security, or infrastructure)


• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and direct outreach


• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously


• Comfort communicating clearly with both technical candidates and business hiring managers


• Track record of working independently and hitting delivery targets on recruiting projects


• Experience supporting hiring within structured, process-driven organizations


• Background recruiting for digital platforms or enterprise technology environments


• Exposure to regulated industries such as insurance or financial services (a plus)
