Desktop Support Technician (Hardware Support)Location: Onsite
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Schedule: 5 Days Onsite Required
Play a key role in supporting end users by ensuring their technology runs smoothly and reliably. We're seeking a hands-on Desktop Support Technician with strong hardware experience to provide day-to-day technical support in a fast-paced, professional environment.
What You'll Be Doing- Provide day-to-day desktop and hardware support for end users
- Set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Resolve Windows-related issues and accurately document incidents for escalation
- Support wireless devices, printers, and basic networking connectivity
- Deliver high-quality customer service while supporting users onsite
Required Skills- 2+ years of hands-on hardware and desktop support experience (required)
- Experience setting up and supporting workstations
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11
- Ability to troubleshoot common desktop, hardware, and peripheral issues
- Prior desktop/hardware support experience is a must
Nice to Have- Desktop troubleshooting experience in an enterprise environment
- Experience supporting Windows in a corporate or professional setting

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
