Job Details

The Senior Superintendent role is responsible for leading field operations on multiple projects or large complex construction projects, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with schedule, budget, and quality standards. The Senior Superintendent serves as the primary field project leader, overseeing trade coordination, site logistics, and daily execution while maintaining strong communication with project teams, clients, and stakeholders. The Senior Superintendent drives accountability across field staff and trade partners, proactively identifies and resolves risks, and ensures compliance with contract documents and safety requirements. Success in this role requires strong leadership, profound construction expertise, and the ability to manage complex project dynamics while mentoring junior-level team members and delivering high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations.

What You'll Do:

Field Operations & Execution

Successfully manage multiple projects or large complex projects over $15M
Lead day-to-day field operations across multiple concurrent projects
Monitor trade partner workloads distribution to ensure tasks are being managed effectively at the project level
Enforce site standards for safety, quality, and organization
Coordinate trades to maintain workflow, sequencing, and productivity
Track field performance and address inefficiencies within the project team
Ensure compliance with contract documents, drawings, and specifications
Conduct regular site walks to monitor progress and maintain quality
Address field issues to minimize impacts on schedule and budget
Implement established best practices for sequencing and execution
Align manpower with project needs in coordination with project leadership
Promote accountability and ownership among field staff on the project
Host On Site Trade Partner Kickoff Meeting at the beginning on the project
Manage and conduct weekly site Foreman meetings
Review field generated RFI from trade partners
