Senior Digital Analyst - Email - Hybrid

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Digital Analyst - Email for a hybrid role in San Francisco, CA.

Summary:
As a Digital Email Analyst, you will drive best practices, customer segmentation, testing implementation, campaign set up, and analysis of the company's email (70%), SMS (20%), and push programs (10%). You will work closely with brand partners and the marketing team on campaign execution via Salesforce Marketing Cloud (HTML files are delivered to this person who drops that into existing framework in Salesforce).

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 2 - 4 years of experience working in email marketing campaign coordination and deployment/execution
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud software, including DataCloud, Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Interaction Studio; Other enterprise level platforms include Adobe, Cheetah, Epsilon
* Basic SQL Skills required (some new segments of SQL are needed, otherwise there's a repository where teaks can be made to existing queries)
* AMPScript coding (salesforce specific) for dynamic personalization is a plus
* Comfortable building ChatGPT agents and apps using codex for AI-powered workflows and automations
* Excellent Excel skills - Able to manage the data side of marketing programs by working with data inside and outside of Salesforce
* Able to clean/prepare list for Salesforce, understand how to pull lists from Salesforce, knowing how to sort or remove duplicates, etc.
* Good verbal and written communication skills; Able to effectively present analytics data to business users at Manager/Director level and communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple work requests and projects
* Ability to deal with ambiguity and a fast-paced changing environment
* Well-organized, high attention to detail, deadline-oriented
* Experience guiding agencies/vendors work
* Enjoys working with others as part of a team
* Strong business acumen with Retail industry knowledge desired
* Experience in Python is a plus
* Adobe Analytics is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
