Need Banking Experience.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Finance, or Accounting (master's preferred)

- 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years as Scrum Master or 5+ years as Project Manager
- Certified Scrum Master and Advanced Scrum Master required; Professional Scrum Master preferred
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and experience in coaching teams
- Proven success managing complex, multi-team projects
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and leadership skills
- Technical exposure or programming experience is a plus.
