Job description:
My client is seeking a BSA will be to complete the tasks required, identify solutions, define and document business needs and goals, translate business requirements into technical specifications, collaborate with Energy Safety technical staff and potentially other consultants and stakeholders, to design and implement technology solutions, conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to optimize performance, create and maintain detailed reports, provide reporting communications and support knowledge transfer.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Required: Possession of a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
MQ1 – BUSINESS SOLUTIONS ANALYST – TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
The Business Solutions Analyst (BSA) must have a minimum of five years of experience providing BSA services performing the following tasks:
a. Talking to stakeholders and developing a functional requirement specification
b. Analyzing and mapping all relevant business processes and IT infrastructure
c. Researching any rules that might impact solution delivery, such as compliance, data governance, or organizational mandates
d. Working to optimize production and increase efficiency
e. Designing and installing IT solutions that meet business requirements
f. Developing, presenting and timely completing Project
Tasks/Deliverables
g. Working collaboratively with Team and other Energy Safety
Vendors as needed
h. Supporting knowledge transfer and training
