<>Responsibilities>- Efficiently coordinate and manage team calendars, ensuring smooth scheduling of meetings and appointments.
- Organize travel arrangements for domestic and international trips, handling logistics with precision.
- Provide support for cross-functional projects by maintaining timelines and deliverables with project management tools.
- Prepare and format a variety of professional documents and reports, ensuring clarity and professional presentation.
- Act as a liaison across diverse teams to enhance communication and collaborative efforts.
- Track project progress, identifying and escalating any risks or delays as necessary.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in project management or coordination, with proficiency in managing timelines and deliverables.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with project management tools like SharePoint, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.
- Excellent communication skills, with adept editing and document formatting capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational ability, adaptable nature, and keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Bi-lingual proficiency with other languages is advantageous.
- Experience in supporting leaders with calendar management and scheduling.
- Positive mindset with a strong commitment to fostering a collaborative work culture.
