Role Summary

Senior Full?Stack Engineer responsible for end?to?end delivery of cloud?native applications: React/Angular UI, Java Spring Boot microservices, and cloud deployments using CI/CD and Kubernetes (AKS).

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs.
Build modern UI components using React or Angular and integrate them with backend APIs.
Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot services on Kubernetes, including managed Kubernetes (e.g., Azure Kubernetes Service AKS).
Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines (commonly GitLab CI and Maven in TCS requirements; Azure DevOps/Jenkins also common).
Collaborate with DevOps/platform teams on secrets, certificates, container registries, and release automation.
Work with messaging/event streaming (often Kafka) for distributed systems integration.
Ensure code quality via unit/integration testing, code reviews, and performance tuning.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross?team collaboration.

Mandatory Skills:

Java (8+) development expertise
Spring Boot (microservices)
RESTful microservices / API development
Frontend: React or Angular with JavaScript/TypeScript (hands?on)
Cloud: Azure or AWS (hands?on deployment/operations)
CI/CD: GitLab CI/CD or equivalent + build tools (e.g., Maven)
Kubernetes (hands?on) including understanding of resources; AKS experience preferred
Git version control
SQL / Database fundamentals
Agile/Scrum experience

Preferred Skills:

Kubernetes hands?on (deployment/monitoring/troubleshooting); AKS is a common environment.
Containerization: Docker + image registry usage (e.g., ACR or equivalent).
Kafka or similar messaging/event streaming.
CI/CD build tooling such as Maven, automated testing in pipelines.
Security best practices: secrets/cert handling, secure API practices.
