About the team:

The team leads the design and implementation of advanced global network segmentation strategies focused on regulatory compliance and enterprise security. It drives innovation by researching emerging technologies and delivering automated infrastructure as code solutions to support evolving business needs. Members provide technical guidance and mentorship within a global security engineering environment. The team emphasizes strategic architecture development for complex, high-scale security programs and maintains audit compliance initiatives. Collaboration and expertise in cloud automation, network protocols, and continuous integration pipelines ensure robust, scalable security solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

What you'll do...
  • Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure aligned with business requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor network performance, analyze metrics, and optimize systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Develop and enforce network security policies, protocols, and configurations to protect organizational assets.
  • Automate network operations and repetitive tasks using Infrastructure as Code and cloud automation tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks, resolve network issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to enhance network scalability, security, and efficiency.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven expertise in network design, maintenance, and issue resolution aligned with industry standards and business needs.
  • Strong knowledge of coding standards, scripting, and automation tools to support continuous integration and delivery processes.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform, including infrastructure as code and cloud automation.
  • Ability to analyze network performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize availability and reliability.
  • Familiarity with security standards and telemetry implementation to enhance system monitoring and risk mitigation.
  • Skilled in collaborating across teams to drive scalable, secure, and high-availability network solutions.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09050: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-11656: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 4years' experience in network engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.
Option 2: 6 years' experience in network engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.
