Business Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Business Systems Analyst on a contract to hire basis in Pittsburgh, PA.

Summary:
The Business Systems Analyst will be tasked with understanding business requirements and needs, as well as develop and maintain documentation for end-users. The Business Systems Analyst will also work independently to analyze and troubleshoot production application and data issues, as well as work with Quality Assurance to publish and maintain test specifications.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or relevant experience; Or Bachelor degree in related business field
* Must have 4+ years of experience with systems analysis
* Must have experience with SQL
* Must have experience working directly with external customers to coordinate requirements, manage deliverables, and support issue resolution
* Must have excellent verbal and written communication
* Must be able to problem-solve and multi-task

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
