Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale Contact Center Transformation initiative within a complex enterprise technology environment. This role will lead delivery across multiple workstreams, including customer experience improvements, platform enhancements, and ongoing operational support activities. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing both transformation initiatives and steady-state operations within a highly cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project delivery across Contact Center Transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, including timelines, dependencies, and resource coordination.
- Coordinate across multiple technical and business teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Oversee both project-based initiatives and ongoing enhancement and support workstreams.
- Establish and manage project governance, including status reporting, stakeholder communication, and escalation processes.
- Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies while driving mitigation strategies.
- Provide clear, executive-level reporting on project status, progress, and key risks.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across technology, operations, and business teams.
- Manage intake and prioritization of work based on business value and strategic goals.
- Ensure smooth transition, knowledge transfer, and operational stability following project delivery.
Required Qualifications- 8+ years of Project Management experience within enterprise technology environments.
- Proven experience leading Contact Center or Customer Experience transformation initiatives.
- Experience working in complex, multi-team environments, including coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage both project-based delivery and ongoing operational support models.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience with leadership teams.
- Experience delivering projects in structured governance environments with defined reporting and controls.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with project and portfolio management tools.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms or contact center technologies.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
- Background in large-scale enterprise platforms or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience with digital ordering platforms or B2B eCommerce.
- Familiarity with healthcare, pharmacy, or supply chain systems.
