Detailed Job Description:

·         We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) Developer to design, configure, and enhance vulnerability management capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Technical CompetencyExperience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer and Implementing Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management or Service Catalog, Mobile App, Virtual AgentAbility to configure ServiceNow ITSM applications in alignment with approved design plans

·         Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing or any client-specific testing.

·         Experience with developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, XML, HTML and CSS Familiarity with SQL query creation and LDAP Query for connecting to and pulling data from Oracle, MySQL databases and AD respectively.

·         Worked with and understands the value in creating repeatable processes to design development, test, staging and production environments that are reliable with high availability

·         Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator

·         Should possess knowledge in Agile, Scrum methodology

·         Basic knowledge with ITIL industry standards

·         Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Must Have Skills:

·         Experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer and Implementing Incident Management
