Summary
- The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience delivering high- and low-level designs, implementing and troubleshooting production environments, and providing Level 3 support for critical services. Strong programming and scripting skills (Python, Perl, Java, JavaScript) are essential, as is the ability to understand application flows across underlying networks. This role also includes maintaining design and operational documentation, supporting capacity planning and performance monitoring, assisting with platform lifecycle activities, and collaborating on vendor engagements, certifications, and feature enhancements.
- Experience with network automation, scripting, and programming in enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in load balancing technologies, with hands-on experience supporting F5 Networks and VMware AVI environments
- Strong foundation in network engineering, architecture, and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of network and application security, including application flows and underlying network dependencies
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Java, and JavaScript
- Experience contributing to the design of application infrastructure integration solutions and supporting technical standards and best practices
- Experience partnering with internal stakeholders and lines of business to gather and translate detailed technical requirements
