Cisco certified Network Professional (CCNP R&S or CCNP Data Center) or higher

Skill Level
Design, Architecture and implementation of Network  solutions in Data center and remote sites. 
Conduct periodic network audits and periodic reviews to assess policy adherence
Mentor Network operations team to troubleshoot existing networks, identifying and correcting technical issues
Act as single point of contact for Network operations to manage demand and capacity.
Oversee activities such as Install, configure, replace, and upgrade network hardware and software
Perform network modeling, analysis, budgeting, and planning tasks
Creating network diagrams and documentation.
Optimizing network performance through tuning and upgrades.
Identifying and mitigating network vulnerabilities.
Evaluating new networking hardware and software
Recommending technology upgrades and improvements.
Work with vendor(s) as necessary to troubleshoot issues.
