Job Details
Learning Consultant
- Develop and document e-learning content for MaineIT's programs, processes, and procedures for inclusion in the new Lumen Learning Management System (LMS).
- Evaluate and prioritize content creation requests based on business needs and scope, and present these to the Content Development Team.
- Build and nurture relationships with various departments and state agencies to improve training enrollment and identify learning needs.
- Create clear, accessible documentation of existing and new processes and procedures for MaineIT and other State agencies.
- Serve as a liaison between the content development team and different stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage LMS administration tasks, including user management, generating reports, and ensuring successful content delivery.
- Provide input throughout all phases of e-learning module delivery-including intake, analysis, development, quality assurance (QA), and implementation.
- Ensure all instructional content meets organizational goals, is well-understood, and easily accessible to both internal MaineIT staff and external Executive Branch employees.
- Contribute to the identification and resolution of knowledge gaps to reduce confusion and improve compliance with MaineIT objectives.
- Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills and function effectively as a team player.
