Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Project Manager for a Contract assignment with one of our premier financial clients in New York, NY .
Responsibilities :
- Develop, manage, and clearly communicate the project roadmap, ensuring that our internal team, agency partners, and leadership always have a real-time view of our progress, milestones, and deadlines.
- Lead project meetings, ensuring they are efficient and results oriented. This includes maintaining a clear, organized record of all discussions, decisions, and action items to keep everyone aligned and accountable.
- Spearhead the seamless handover of responsibilities from our external agency to our new in-house team. This involves creating training materials and directly supporting new team members to get them up to speed quickly and effectively.
- Monitor our progress against key performance goals, proactively identifying and resolving any roadblocks or escalations to ensure we deliver on our productivity commitments without delay.
- Create our official guide to in-house media operations by documenting all new processes, workflows, and key decisions. This ensures our work is consistent, scalable, and meets all internal control and compliance standards.
- Accountable for the end-to-end management of the project plan, including the creation, maintenance, and dissemination of project roadmaps, timelines, and status updates to all stakeholders, from the core working group to executive leadership.
- Facilitates all project-related meetings, driving them toward clear decisions and actionable outcomes. Responsible for meticulous record-keeping, including meeting minutes, decision logs, and action item tracking to ensure alignment across all teams.
- Leads the operational transition from the external agency to the internal team. This function includes developing comprehensive training programs and materials, as well as providing direct support to new hires to ensure a smooth and effective handover of all media responsibilities.
- Tasked with continuously tracking project performance against established goals and productivity targets. This function requires the proactive identification of risks, management of escalations, and timely resolution of any issues that may impede progress.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining the definitive playbook for the in-house media team. This involves documenting all operational processes, workflows, and critical decisions to establish a scalable, consistent, and compliant operational framework.
Required Skills :
- Must have 5 years of experience
- Education - Required undergrad in any of the following: Business management, Communication, Economics or Marketing
