Overview
This role supports a Scrum team within a larger Agile release train, serving as a true Agile Product Owner. The position requires collaboration with large-scale teams and a focus on broadband and Ethernet portfolios, primarily related to BSS/OSS build outs. The candidate will work closely with offshore teams and participate in in-person sessions as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to deliver technical solutions.
  • Analyze business operations to identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.
  • Assist in business process redesign and documentation for new technology implementations.
  • Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for IT.
  • Manage changes to specifications and facilitate communication between business units and IT.
  • Educate the IT organization on business direction and technological trends.
  • Support Agile practices as a true Product Owner, collaborating with large-scale teams.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner within an Agile team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with large teams and offshore support.
  • Experience with broadband and Ethernet portfolios, focusing on BSS/OSS build outs.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
  • CSPO certification is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of technological trends relevant to enterprise solutions.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with in-office and remote sessions.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting internal user experience and customer servicing within broadband and Ethernet portfolios.
  • Familiarity with Agile release trains and large-scale Agile team dynamics.
  • Previous experience in a role requiring negotiation and stakeholder management.
