PSI Pax Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Services Acquisition Analyst to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

In support of the WOLF services procurement requirements, PSI Pax provides acquisition support services in the following areas:


  • Assist in the generation of the appropriate Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs) in the Navy Acquisition Management System's (AMS).

  • Assist in the preparation of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for all pre-award and post-award hardware contract requirements.

  • Assist in Services acquisition requirements. Responsibilities include requirements development, market research, contract strategy, and vendor management.

  • Understanding of FAR, DFARS, and performance-based acquisition preferred. Ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

  • Security clearance required.

  • Prior defense financial experience is strongly preferred.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing

  • Possess strong leadership abilities

  • Supports and guides junior staff and collaborates with senior team members in applying analytical techniques and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.

  • Conducts data analysis and BI for all service acquisition data.



Qualifications:


  • Secret Clearance.

  • 3 years of experience. Of the required three (3) years of experience, at least two (2) years of experience required in a business role.



Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • No degree plus six (6) years of additional work experience related to the applicable labor categories.

  • Associates degree plus four (4) years of additional work experience related to the applicable labor categories required experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
