Compressor Application Engineering Co-op (Summer and Fall Semester 2026)

Your role

As a Compressor Application Engineering Co-op (Summer and Fall Semester 2026), your mission is to build industry skills, expand your network, and explore your passions in a supportive, dynamic environment. You will report to the Application Engineering Manager.

You will:

• Learn and work with our CPQ software, helping us streamline and improve how products are configured.
• Assist engineers with ongoing automation and integration initiatives.
• Support product configuration tasks and help improve internal processes.
• Collaborate with team members to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
• Gain exposure to real engineering workflows, cross-functional communication, and the business side of technical work.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals on immersive, hands-on assignments
• Gain insight into Atlas Copco's industry, operations, and culture
• Participate in professional development workshops and networking events
• Receive mentorship from leaders and subject matter experts
• Work on capstone project tailored to you unique interests, culminating in a final presentation to leaders and peers
