Join our team as a Sr. IT Project Lead, where you''ll drive critical data conversion projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful SAP integration.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, mapping, and transformation rules throughout project phases.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions, resolving any data defects efficiently.
- Oversee data loading and validation during testing and production stages to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Offer expert insights and share best practices to enhance the project team''s capabilities.
- Extensive experience with the data conversion lifecycle from non-SAP to SAP systems.
- Strong abilities in gathering and documenting requirements comprehensively.
- Proficient in SQL and Excel for effective data querying and validation.
- Skilled in analyzing data challenges and collaborating with technical and business teams to find solutions.
- Expertise in data cleansing and maintaining high data quality standards.
- Experience with SAP''s Materials Management module.
- Familiarity with the SAP Client Polaris deployment program.
- Strong communication skills for effective coordination in remote environments.
