Summary

Job Title: Workday Product Manager – Adaptive Planning (Functional)

Contract Duartion -

Job Description

Lead the Workday Adaptive Planning product roadmap, enhancements, and functional strategy.
Drive end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Provide production support, troubleshoot functional issues, and coordinate system enhancements.
Partner with Finance, FP&A, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and financial planning solutions.
Configure and maintain Adaptive Planning models, sheets, dimensions, versions, assumptions, and security.
Prioritize business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Manage release planning, UAT, change management, and user training activities.
Ensure system performance, data integrity, and continuous process improvements.
Collaborate with implementation partners and Workday support teams to resolve complex issues.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in FP&A, EPM, or Workday solutions.
5+ years of hands-on functional experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
Active Workday Pro Certification – Adaptive Planning (Mandatory).
Proven experience with Workday Adaptive Planning implementation and production support.
Experience working as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Functional Lead.
Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and financial reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

Preferred Skills

Workday Financials integration experience.
Knowledge of Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale planning and finance transformation initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
