Location: North Carolina ( Hybrid)

Required Qualifications

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
4+ years of Java Development experience.
3+ years of experience with Kafka and Publish-Subscribe (Pub/Sub) pattern tools.

Desired Qualifications

5+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise-wide IT solutions.
3+ years of experience with Cloud technologies.
1+ year of experience delivering business solutions using AI Agentic tools.
Financial Services or Banking experience.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
