Job Title :Oracle Cloud Financial Techno Functional Consultant ( Looking for W2 Candidates Only)
Location: Chelmsford, MA (On-site, 5 days/week)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financial Functional Consultant to support ongoing implementations, enhancements, and functional support within the Oracle Cloud Financials suite. The ideal consultant will have strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Finance modules, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, fully on-site environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead functional design, configuration, and testing activities for Oracle Cloud Financial modules, including but not limited to General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), and Expense Management.
Work closely with business users to gather requirements, document functional specifications, and translate business processes into Oracle Cloud solutions.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions within Oracle Cloud Financials.
Support month-end and year-end close processes, financial reporting, and integrations with third-party systems.
Develop and execute test scripts (SIT, UAT) and resolve defects in timely manner.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations, customizations, and data conversion activities.
Ensure alignment with corporate financial policies, compliance requirements, and internal controls.
Required Qualifications
12 + years of experience as an Oracle Financial Functional Consultant.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials (Fusion).
Proven involvement in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud Finance implementation.
Strong understanding of financial processes including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, asset management, and financial reporting.
Ability to write functional design documents (FDs) for reports, integrations, and extensions.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot functional issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working directly with business stakeholders.
Must be willing to work on-site, 5 days per week in Chelmsford, MA.
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle Cloud Certification in Financials is a plus.
Experience in the medical device, manufacturing, or healthcare industry.
