OverviewWe are seeking an Associate Network Engineer to support a large enterprise IT environment. This role focuses on network inventory management, equipment lifecycle support, and accurate data entry within ServiceNow. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and eager to gain hands-on experience within network operations.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-performing team supporting a major healthcare system undergoing significant technology expansion and modernization.
Responsibilities- Manage network equipment inventory, including physical shipping and receiving
- Input and maintain accurate asset data within ServiceNow
- Support cleanup and organization of network closets following equipment refreshes or installations
- Assist with installation, maintenance, and support of local and wide area network infrastructure
- Ensure reliable, secure, high-performance data, video, and voice communications
- Work independently in a fast-paced, close-knit team environment
- Perform lifting and movement of network equipment as needed
- Must hold a valid driver's license
Required Skills & Qualifications- Experience with basic switching, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and physical cabling standards/practices
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and hardware/software configuration
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools and methodologies (preferred)
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks, inventories, and data systems
- Comfortable working on-site and independently

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $44.00/hr.
