Job Title: Senior MES Solution Architect

Location: Plano, TX

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Competencies: EIS : MES Solution Consulting - 8+ years experience required

Role Descriptions:

1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering| Computer Science| Manufacturing Systems| or related fields.

2. 15 years experience in Manufacturing IT| with at least 8 years in MES architecture or solution design.

3. Hands-on experience with major MES platforms such asa.GE Proficy Plant Appsb.GE Historianc. Kepwared. Thing Worxe. SQL Serverf.SSRSg..Net

4. Strong understanding of manufacturing operations including production scheduling| quality| traceability| OEE| batch management| and material management.

5. Deep knowledge of ISA 95| ISA 88| and manufacturing system integration patterns.

6. Experience integrating MES with PLCSCADA| historians| and ERP systems.

7. Hands-on experience designing MES architectures| integrations| and data flows for plant-floor systems

8. Proficiency in SQL databases| APIs| web services| and integration middleware.

9. Experience designing scalable| high-availability solutions for multi-site manufacturing environments

10. Strong exposure to AI advanced analytics use cases in manufacturing (predictive insights| quality analytics| performance optimization)Knowledge of OTIT convergence and industrial communication protocols (OPC UA| MQTT| Modbus).
