Responsibilities:

  • Design AI-enabled capabilities for test design acceleration, asset generation, regression optimization, defect prediction, and quality insights.

  • Establish patterns for AI-assisted test impact analysis, dependency mapping, and regression scope identification across complex portfolios.

  • Develop reusable platforms, services, and accelerators to standardize testing practices across teams.

  • Embed continuous testing and quality gates within DevSecOps and CI/CD ecosystems.

  • Define data quality validation architectures for business rules, controls testing, compliance, and audit readiness.

  • Design observability and telemetry frameworks using logs, monitoring, and user analytics to identify quality risks proactively.

  • Lead dependency analysis and architecture reviews across applications, APIs, cloud services, repositories, pipelines, and downstream systems.

  • Establish governance and human-in-the-loop validation for AI-generated test assets.

  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, Development, Cybersecurity, and Product teams for alignment with standards.

  • Evaluate emerging AI-powered QE technologies and recommend strategic investments.

  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance to QE and engineering teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Quality Engineering architecture and test automation framework design, with Selenium as a must-have.

  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python, plus SQL and data validation.

  • Hands-on experience with Git/Bitbucket and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

  • Experience with API testing tools and log analysis or monitoring solutions.

  • Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot.

  • Background in DevSecOps CI/CD architecture, cloud-native applications, microservices, and systems integration.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in defect management and root cause analysis within Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Test impact analysis, dependency graph analysis, and AI-powered test maintenance.

  • Self-healing automation frameworks and observability or telemetry analysis.

  • Experience with OpenTelemetry, Splunk, or equivalent monitoring platforms.
