7+ Years Overall Experience

Must Have:
6+ years Business / Technical Business Analyst experience
4+ years Investment Banking / Capital Markets / Investment Management
Strong Investment Workflows & Trade Lifecycle knowledge
Requirements gathering, User Stories, BRD/FRD & Acceptance Criteria
Product Backlog, Jira & Confluence
APIs, integrations, data flows & system dependencies
SQL, data mapping & validation
SIT/UAT & Agile/Scrum

Nice to Have: Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives, OMS/EMS, FIX, Front-to-Back workflows.
