Job Description :
An experienced IBM DataStage ETL Developer with years of handson experience in designing developing and supporting enterprise data integration solutions Skilled in understanding business requirements mapping documents and translating them into scalable endtoend ETL applications using IBM DataStage Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle SDLC with a proven track record of delivering high quality data solutions
Extensive experience in developing DataStage jobs to extract transform validate and load data from multiple sources including Oracle databases flat files CSV text and Excel and external systems Proficient in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction validation reconciliation and performance optimization
Experienced in building JSON files using DataStage Hierarchical Stages and implementing robust data quality checks including structural data type and business rule validations
Strong production support background with expertise in troubleshooting ETL failures addressing L1L2 escalations conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures to improve system stability
Handson experience with Unix shell scripting ControlM scheduling ServiceNow JIRAADO and Confluence for automation monitoring incident management and documentation Adept at collaborating with SMEs Business Analysts Architects and Development teams to deliver reliable compliant and efficient data integration solutions while driving operational excellence through automation and continuous improvement
