We are seeking an experienced and outstanding Program Manager, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) for one of our esteemed clients.

The D365 F&O Program Manager will lead large-scale, full lifecycle Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementations, overseeing multiple project streams, cross-functional teams, and client stakeholders. This role requires deep functional and program governance expertise to drive on-time, on-budget delivery for enterprise ERP transformation initiatives.
- Own end-to-end program delivery for D365 F&O implementations, including planning, resourcing, budgeting, risk management, and go-live readiness.
- Serve as primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, translating business objectives into program roadmaps and milestones.
- Manage multiple concurrent D365 F&O workstreams (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Retail modules) ensuring alignment across functional and technical teams.
- Lead Agile and hybrid project governance, including sprint planning, steering committee updates, and change management processes.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, resolve escalations, and manage scope, schedule, and cost variance.
- Partner with solution architects and functional leads to ensure design decisions align with business process requirements.
- Oversee vendor and subcontractor relationships, SOW development, and contract compliance where applicable.
- Mentor project managers and business analysts within the program team.
- 15+ years of overall program/project management experience, with a significant portion focused on ERP transformation initiatives.
- Proven track record delivering at least 3 to 4 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 F&O implementations from design through go-live and stabilization.
- Strong command of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Deep understanding of core D365 F&O modules (Finance, Trade and Logistics, Production, or Retail) and how they map to enterprise business processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered.
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing budgets, resource allocation, and vendor and subcontractor performance.
- PMP, PgMP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification.
- Prior consulting background at a Big 4 or major systems integrator.
- Experience with Power Platform, Azure DevOps, or LCS (Lifecycle Services) for D365 program governance.
- Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, retail, or professional services.
