Data Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Analyst in Miami, FL (Florida).

Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and reporting solutions
* Gather, cleanse, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources
* Create and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools
* Partner with business, product, engineering, and operations teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements
* Identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements through data analysis
* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance standards are maintained
* Support digital product initiatives by providing insights on user behavior and performance metrics
* Communicate technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries, joins, aggregations, and troubleshooting data quality issues
* Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
* Experience working with digital, web, application, behavioral, or clickstream data
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
* Self-motivated with strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to clearly present data-driven insights to business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Adobe Analytics or Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
* Experience with Databricks or similar cloud-based data platforms
* Prior experience supporting digital product, e-commerce, or customer experience teams
* Knowledge of data modeling, statistical analysis, and reporting best practices

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
