SAP S/4 R2R (FTM) Lead:
1) Solution Architecture: Drive end-to-end R2R solution design, fit-gap analysis, and system configuration within SAP S/4HANA Finance for Rollout, Enhancement and support.
2) Manufacturing Integration: Architect core integration between Finance (FI/CO), Material Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP) and EPPM.
3) Costing Excellence: Lead the design and implementation of Product Cost Controlling (PC), Material Ledger (ML), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
4) Financial Close: Streamline period-end closing, consolidation, and intercompany accounting processes
5) Governance & Compliance: Ensure global alignment with US GAAP/IFRS, maintain SOX compliance, and validate data migration accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Experience:10 + years of progressive SAP FICO experience, with at least 3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of manufacturing supply chains, inventory valuation, and production cost flows.
- Technical Fluency: Hands-on expertise in the Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Central Finance (CFIN), and Advanced Financial Closing (AFC) tools.
- Soft Skills: Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior IT and Business users / lead with strong cross-cultural team management.
- Certification: SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting or Management Accounting certification is highly preferred
