Experience: A minimum of five years of related work experience is required, including specific experience supporting Linux server and virtualization platforms.

  • Experience with automation tools such as Puppet, Ansible and/or Github.
  • Proficiency with AWS infrastructure, particularly EC2-based environments.
  • A working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools like Terraform.
  • Familiarity with industry security principles and practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills.

  • Exposure to large-scale enterprise governance environments.
Work Environment

This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). The position operates within a tiered support model, where this role focuses on engineering and platform ownership, while a separate tier handles incident support. The environment is automation-heavy and involves high interaction with security and risk teams.
