About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Automation Engineer to build scalable automation solutions across a multi-cloud environment, with Azure at the core. You’ll replace manual processes with reliable, repeatable workflows, and support the AI/ML, security, and compliance initiatives that keep the platform running.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop automation solutions using Python, Terraform, and GitHub Actions
  • Automate cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform
  • Integrate tools and platforms through APIs to streamline workflows
  • Support compliance and audit automation initiatives
  • Identify and eliminate manual processes to improve efficiency and reliability
  • Support AI/ML platform automation, deployment, and monitoring

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Automation, DevOps, or Software Engineering
  • Strong Python scripting and automation expertise
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions
  • Strong Azure cloud experience; AWS/Google Cloud Platform exposure preferred
  • API integration and workflow automation experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an automation-first mindset

Preferred Skills

  • Security, compliance, or audit automation experience (HITRUST preferred)
  • Knowledge of cloud security, monitoring, and logging tools
  • Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries
  • Exposure to AI agents, GenAI frameworks, or AI/ML operations
  • Relevant Azure, AWS, Terraform, security, or DevOps certifications
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience

  • 5+ years in Automation Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, or Platform Engineering
  • Experience in Azure-first cloud environments
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale automation, security, and compliance initiatives
  • Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and multi-cloud environments is a plus
