SAP IS-U BPEM Exception Management Functional SME

Strong SAP IS-U Functional SME with extensive utility industry and BPEM Exception Management experience.

Expertise in configuring, analyzing, and resolving BPEM cases, exceptions, clarification cases, and related business processes.

Experience across SAP IS-U processes including billing, invoicing, device management, and customer service.

Strong stakeholder-facing skills with ability to translate utility business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
