What You’ll Do
Bridge customer operational demands with laboratory capabilities by effectively capturing, translating, and championing specific field requirements for next-generation material development.
Architect and execute rigorous internal screening procedures and evaluations for both commercialized and developmental chemical products.
Optimize complex material assembly processes and liquid application methodologies to maximize performance and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve highly technical product and process challenges through direct, high-touch client engagement and field service support.
Collaborate seamlessly with international, cross-functional units across sales, product management, and marketing divisions to ensure aligned strategic goals.
Deliver elite on-site global technical consulting and field support, dedicating roughly half of your time to hands-on customer success and the other half to laboratory engineering alignment.
Execute up to 25% international travel to interface directly with major manufacturing facilities in the consumer electronics sector.
What You Bring
Educational Foundation: A minimum of a Bachelor''s or Master''s degree with over 7 years of active industry tenure, or a Ph.D. paired with more than 5 years of specialized experience.
Core Academic Background: Advanced degrees centered specifically within an Engineering or Material Science discipline.
Technical Mastery: Proven proficiency and background utilizing Circuit Board Encapsulant Products alongside comprehensive knowledge of Surface Mount Technology.
Client Engagement: Extensive history of providing direct Customer Technical Support and handling fast-paced client environments.
Analytical & Tool Proficiency (Preferred): Familiarity with advanced Statistical Analysis, Minitab, and JMP software suites.
Process Know-How (Preferred): Prior exposure to high-precision material processing, including Fluid Dispensing and Industrial Printing methodologies.
Team Synergy: A verified track record of collaborating productively across complex Cross Functional Teams.
