Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail MFCS Functional Lead to drive end-to-end implementations and enhancements of Oracle Retail Merchandising Financial and Supply Chain (MFCS) solutions. The role requires deep functional expertise in retail merchandising, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in Oracle Retail implementations across multiple phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Retail MFCS implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support

• Act as the primary functional SME for Oracle Retail Merchandising modules

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand retail business processes and translate them into MFCS solutions

• Define and document functional specifications, business process flows, and configuration setups

• Lead data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities

• Coordinate with technical teams on interfaces, reports, conversions, and integrations

• Manage UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution

• Provide functional leadership and mentoring to junior consultants and team members

• Support post-production issues, enhancements, and system optimization

• Collaborate with Oracle, third-party vendors, and internal IT teams

• Ensure best practices, compliance, and Oracle Retail standards are followed

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 15+ years of experience in Oracle Retail implementations

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Retail MFCS

• In-depth knowledge of Retail Merchandising, Inventory, Pricing, Costing, and Financials

• Experience in full lifecycle Oracle Retail implementation projects

• Strong understanding of Retail business processes (Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance)

• Experience in integration with other Oracle Retail modules (RPM, ReSA, RMS, SIM, RTM preferred)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Experience working in onshore/offshore delivery models

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Retail certifications (MFCS / RMS / RPM)

• Experience in cloud-based Oracle Retail solutions

• Exposure to global retail implementations

• Prior experience as Functional Lead / Solution Lead
