Electrical Engineer

Position: Electrical Engineer

Location: Tarrytown, NY (Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with 4–8 years of hands-on experience in electrical design, subsystem integration, and test system development. The ideal candidate will have strong hardware engineering experience, preferably within the Medical Device industry.

Required Skills:
• Electrical Design and Test Fixture Development
• Medical Device Industry experience (Preferred)
• Analog and Digital Circuit Design & Debugging
• Subsystem-Level Electrical Integration and Characterization
• Semi-Automated Test System Development
• Low-Voltage/High-Current Power Electronics
• Hands-on Troubleshooting using Lab Equipment
• Development and Validation of Jigs, Fixtures, and Prototypes
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D, CAPA
• Design Change Management (ECR/ECO) and V&V Support
• IEC 60601 Standards Knowledge
• FMEA, Failure Analysis, and Design Reviews

Responsibilities:
• Support medical equipment sustenance engineering activities.
• Investigate field issues and implement corrective actions.
• Drive design changes and maintain engineering documentation.
• Support PCBAs, assemblies, and electrical test systems.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Service teams.
• Manage component obsolescence and product lifecycle updates.
• Design, develop, and validate test fixtures and prototypes.
