Automotive & After-Market Sales | EV Manufacturing

Role Overview

We are hiring a senior SAP Solution Architect with deep automotive and EV industry experience to lead enterprise-grade after-market sales, logistics, and multi-system integration initiatives.

This role owns end-to-end SAP solution design across after-market sales, parts distribution, vehicle logistics, and quality management. The architect will operate at the intersection of business strategy and enterprise systems, designing scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions integrated with Salesforce DMS, logistics platforms, and regional compliance frameworks.

This is not a configuration role. We are seeking a strategic architect who can shape enterprise design, lead cross-functional workshops, and drive global rollout execution.

What You Will Own

Enterprise Solution Architecture

·        Architect end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions for after-market sales, parts logistics, and vehicle distribution

·        Design integration architecture between Salesforce DMS and SAP for seamless transaction flow

·        Define scalable patterns for Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, inventory, and quality workflows

·        Develop solution blueprints for:

o   Sequential invoicing

o   Regional tax compliance including ZATCA QR requirements

o   Multi-country, multi-currency billing models

·        Establish architectural standards for SAP Fiori adoption and UX enablement

Automotive & EV Domain Leadership

·        Design systems supporting dealer networks, parts advisory, and service operations

·        Architect workflows for:

o   OS&D events (Overage, Shortage, Damage)

o   Quality inspections and disposition

o   Rework and scrap management

·        Enable full vehicle logistics visibility including HU, TU, inbound/outbound timestamps, and delivery tracking

·        Support digital documentation and supply chain visibility initiatives

Systems Integration & Data Architecture

·        Lead SAP integration with:

o   Salesforce DMS

o   Third-party logistics providers

o   Vendor and dealer platforms

·        Define real-time and batch integration patterns using SAP CPI, PI/PO, or middleware

·        Design master data governance across SAP and external systems

·        Architect scalable rollout models across regions including North America, Europe, and Middle East

Executive & Cross-Functional Leadership

·        Lead discovery workshops across finance, supply chain, logistics, quality, and dealer operations

·        Translate complex business requirements into structured SAP solution designs

·        Present architecture roadmaps and trade-offs to executive leadership

·        Drive alignment across business and technology stakeholders

Required Experience

SAP & Technical Expertise

·        8 to 12+ years in SAP implementation and solution architecture

·        Deep expertise in:

o   SAP SD

o   SAP MM

o   SAP QM

o   SAP WM or EWM

o   SAP FI/CO for invoicing and financial integration

·        Experience with SAP S/4HANA programs

·        Strong background in SAP Fiori design and enablement

·        Proven experience integrating SAP with Salesforce and third-party systems

·        Hands-on familiarity with SAP CPI, PI/PO, APIs, and middleware

Automotive & EV Industry Background

·        Minimum 3 years in automotive or EV manufacturing

·        Experience in after-market sales and parts distribution

·        Understanding of dealer network integration models

·        Knowledge of vehicle logistics tracking and shipping processes

·        Experience implementing regional tax and invoicing compliance frameworks

Business Process Depth

·        Order-to-Cash lifecycle ownership

·        Procure-to-Pay workflows

·        Inventory and warehouse operations

·        Quality inspection and vendor management processes

·        Multi-entity, multi-currency operations

Preferred Experience

·        SAP Solution Architect or S/4HANA certification
