Summary
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise data engineering and analytics solutions.
- Strong experience with relational databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks and modern data engineering platforms.
- Experience designing ETL processes and enterprise data warehouse solutions.
- Strong experience developing Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Experience with AWS cloud services including AWS Database Migration Service (AWS DMS).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft AI Studio.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to lead technical initiatives while working effectively across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within the nuclear, utilities, or regulated energy industry.
- Experience with AI, Generative AI, and machine learning technologies.
- Experience with IoT and real-time data processing.
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality, data privacy, and data security frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms including AWS and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
- Familiarity with Apache Spark, Hadoop, and big data technologies.
- Experience with OpenSearch and Neo4j.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and security standards applicable to nuclear operations.
