Job Description:

Sr. Net Developer 8+ years of experience
Key Responsibilities

Accessibility Implementation: Develop, test, and remediate .NET web applications to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 standards.
Technical Remediation: Fix accessibility issues in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ASP.NET framework components (e.g., proper tab order, ARIA labels, semantic markup).
Compliance Testing: Conduct manual and automated testing using assistive technology (e.g., JAWS, NVDA) to validate screen reader compatibility.
Documented Processes: Create, update, and maintain Section 508 compliance test plans, test cases, and accessibility reports.
Collaboration: Work with UI/UX designers and front-end teams to ensure accessible design patterns and user experience.
Code Review: Review code to identify and rectify non-compliant code, ensuring high-quality, accessible, and user-friendly digital products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Core Development: Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework, or .NET Core/6+.
Front-End Technologies: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
Accessibility Expertise: Deep knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0/2.1/2.2 and Section 508 requirements.
Testing Tools: Experience with screen readers (JAWS, NVDA) and automated accessibility testing tools.
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Understanding of secure coding practices and agile development methodologies.
