Summary

Position: Agile Project Manager
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: Contract

Required Skills:

  • Agile Project Management and Resource Management.
  • Resource Inventory, Training & Certification Tracking.
  • Coaching, Onboarding, and FDE Check-ins.
  • Demand Intake and Demand vs. Capacity Planning.
  • Resource Allocation and Deployment Tracking.
  • Utilization and Headcount Reporting.
  • Stakeholder Management with CIO Organizations and CoEs.

AI Skills (Mandatory):

  • Minimum 90% weekly usage of enterprise-approved AI tools.
  • Experience with GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or GenAI platforms.
  • Ability to leverage AI for documentation, data analysis, and productivity.

Preferred: Healthcare IT, Enterprise IT, Workforce Planning, PMP/CSM certification
