Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.
Responsibilities:
Provide development resources to assist product owners and provide development and configuration of the ECM (ServiceNow) Platform:
Develop designs of assigned user stories or components based on the business requirements and current ECM Platform designs
For assigned user stories, configure modules in the ECM Platform or build code as needed
Conduct technical quality reviews and unit testing of the developed user stories
Identify and address defects and performance problems resulting from the unit testing activities
Demonstrate the developed user stories or functionality as requested
Assist in user acceptance testing ("UAT") as requested
Support resolutions for defects identified in platform configurations of ServiceNow Core, modules or integrations:
Support mitigation activities for identified critical ("P0") to low priority ("P4") UAT defects and P0 and P1 platform production defects
Act as level 3 support to resolve P0 and P1 defects that are identified as configured issues
If applicable, attempt to replicate the P0 and P1 defect in the QA environment
Document resolutions in user stories, for the ECM product backlog or immediate deployment as relevant
Perform a root cause analysis as requested for P0 and high priority P1 defects
Develop and configure new features for the Enterprise Case Management ("ECM") system in ServiceNow
Integrate applications into ECM; the below ECM ServiceNow modules are in scope for this program:
Case management
Integrations
Service portal
Service catalog
Agent chat
Advanced work assignment
Interaction management
Agent workspace
Service level management
Reporting and analytics
Administer ServiceNow tool
Configure Application UI
Configure Workflow
Customize ServiceNow applications
Facilitate rollout of new applications and modules
Facilitate onboarding of new clients on the ServiceNow platform
Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop global solutions
Handle general updates and configuration changes/requests
Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions
Adhere to ServiceNow development standards
Prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Ensure the latest release of ServiceNow application is implemented in a timely manner with minimal or no disruption to IT operations
Maintenance and continuous improvement of the processes, standards, policies, working methods, and tools
Ensure appropriate tools and processes are in place to have a development/production environment that is reliable and reproducible
Ensure tool configuration consistency across development, stage, testing and production environments
Participate in ongoing production support and end user support
Qualifications:
8+ years of ServiceNow Administration a/o Development
Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience as required for the specific job level
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science or MIS
The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $145,000 or the hourly equivalent.
