Business Analyst (ADA)

Role Title: Business Analyst with ADA Depth
Location: 100% Remote (Must be a Wisconsin resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to start at own expense)
Client Location: 3099 E Washington Ave, Madison, WI 53703
Visa: No H1B or CPT

Required Skills (2 4+ years required in all):

• ADA accessibility experience with websites, applications, forms, PDFs, and conventional documents
• Hands-on experience with accessibility tools such as WAVE, Lighthouse, NVDA, Acrobat Pro, and manual keyboard testing
• Strong knowledge of ADA, Section 508, and WCAG 2.2 standards
• Mid-to-expert level knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Nice to Have:

• Experience developing documentation or accessibility checklists for staff
• Ability to collaborate professionally across all organizational levels
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, database tools, graphic design tools, and page layout tools
